Terms of payment for Idle Hands Woodwork orders:
Idle Hands Woodwork accepts all major credit cards paid through PayPal. Idle Hands Woodwork also accepts personal checks or bank checks via US Mail. Please note that when paying via personal check all orders will be held until check clears. Payment for stock orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payments for custom orders are as follows: 50% of quoted price as deposit when order is placed and balance to be paid upon completion of work and prior to shipping.
General pricing and pricing changes for Idle Hands Woodwork orders:
Please note that Idle Hands Woodwork offers free domestic shipping via USPS Priority mail. Shipping via other methods is available upon request by the customer and cost will be determined prior to shipping. Custom projects are priced based on the information provided by the client, and agreed upon by the receipt of a client signed quotation which must be provided to Idle Hands Woodwork prior to the start of production. Any changes to the original design or specifications may require a price adjustment and will require the generation and processing of a new quotation prior to the completion of work. Price changes on a quoted custom project shall not be made by Idle Hands Woodwork without the clients signed agreement.
Canceling your order:
Because project design and/or actual production of custom orders begin shortly after your order is placed, please be aware of the following before placing your order:
If you wish for any reason to cancel your custom order, you must notify Idle Hands Woodwork within 48 hours after the acceptance of the order and a full refund of your deposit will be returned to you. However, if Idle Hands Woodwork has initiated production on your custom project or if materials have been purchased specifically for the project, all material and labor expenses would be deducted from the deposit payment.
Returns:
Returns of shipped items will be accepted by Idle Hands Woodwork only for the reason of defects in material or workmanship.
